The Secretariat is a staff department obligated to assist the President to advance the university affairs and negotiate with both academic and executive committees on essential projects and decisions.
 
The Secretariat is also in charge of negotiations between all of the departments and follow up on the results, the invitations of guests for important celebrations, hosting the University Assembly,
the Executive Meeting, the University Affairs Development Committee, the Legal Affairs Committee as well as the compilation of the related regulations. In addition, we also deal with the planning and implementation of the university’s self-evaluation, internal control, university affairs public information, complaint feedback, and the editing and release of electronic newsletter.
